1一般要求

The personnel operating in the pool should wear safety helmets, fasten safety belts, equip with safety lighting fixtures, use isolation protective masks, and there must be someone outside the pool to monitor the operations inside and maintain close contact. During the entire maintenance period, the air blowing must not be stopped. All lighting fixtures and power tools used in the pool must be explosion-proof. If open flame operation is required, it must comply with fire prevention requirements. At the same time, measures such as fire prevention and rescue should be taken. During feeding, it is essential not to create negative pressure in the anaerobic digestion tank. The operation steps are as follows: 1) Close the biogas (bio natural gas) transmission pipeline; 2) Open the manhole cover on the top of the anaerobic digestion tank to connect the inside of the tank to the atmosphere; 3) Release materials.
1.3.11各崗位操作人員應(yīng)穿戴齊全勞保用品,做好安全防范工作,并應(yīng)熟悉使用滅火裝置。操作人員應(yīng)穿防靜電的工作服、絕緣鞋、手套等,避免產(chǎn)生火花以及直接與污水、污泥接觸。取樣人員應(yīng)戴膠皮手套。

(4) Pay attention to the temperature rise of the bearings, which should not exceed the ambient temperature of 35 ° C, and the total temperature should not exceed 75 ° C. (5) There should be no abnormal noise or vibration in the water pump unit. (6) Check if the water level at the intake is too low and if the intake is blocked.
