焦化發(fā)電機(jī)組是整個(gè)電站的核心部件,價(jià)格很高,檢修成本也是最大的,因此對(duì)焦化發(fā)電機(jī)組的關(guān)鍵部件,如燃燒系統(tǒng)部件的火焰筒、過(guò)燒段,熱通道部件透平噴嘴、動(dòng)葉、靜葉、復(fù)環(huán)等檢查、維修、更換要制定科學(xué)合理的檢修計(jì)劃和檢修周期,延長(zhǎng)使用壽命,減少維修費(fèi)用,提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。

檢修計(jì)劃和檢修周期的制定要綜合考慮燃料的特性、機(jī)組運(yùn)行方式、水或蒸汽注入、啟動(dòng)次數(shù)、環(huán)境因素、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)窺孔檢查結(jié)果、熱通道部件的可靠性分析、機(jī)組的狀態(tài)檢修等因素,結(jié)合歷次大修、小修的間隔、部件的修理和更換間隔來(lái)確定。
The development of maintenance plans and maintenance cycles should comprehensively consider factors such as fuel characteristics, unit operation mode, water or steam injection, startup frequency, environmental factors, on-site inspection results, reliability analysis of hot channel components, and unit maintenance status. It should be determined based on the intervals between major and minor repairs, as well as the repair and replacement intervals of components.
焦化發(fā)電機(jī)組主機(jī)的檢修按檢修的范圍分為小修(燃燒檢查)、中修(熱通道檢查)和大修。

The daily maintenance of coking power generation units is the fundamental work to ensure the safe, stable, and economical operation of the units. This includes monitoring and inspection of the unit during start-up, operation, and shutdown processes, as well as post shutdown inspection, maintenance, and regular testing work. Different manufacturers and models of coking power generation units should develop corresponding daily inspection items and inspection processes based on the manufacturer's operation and maintenance manual, environmental factors, fuel types, operating modes, equipment manufacturing quality, and industry standards for related supporting auxiliary equipment.
